I interpret images that I encounter in my daily life.  I use my art to freeze those images, to make them last.  I am drawn to old items, abandoned and forgotten places and things. 

Due to the nature of my subjects I am apt to use earth tones and more muted, Earthy colors.  However, I do love color, so I am not afraid to splash it around. 

I enjoy working with many different media.  I have done oils, acrylics, watercolor, charcoal, graphite, prints, photography and graphic design.  I am currently working on some illustrations for book from a local author. 

My work is expressive of my patriotism, my love of the past and my life experiences.  You are more likely to find realistic interpretations of life in my work, rather than abstract expressions. 

I find inspiration in the world around me, my love for this country and especially from my loving family.
